Top 10 ways to make money online

Today I will be discussing my personal top 10 ways to make money online. These are my personal opinions and they may or may not work as well for you, but these are defiantly worth checking out as they have all made me a decent amount of money.

  • Affiliate marketing: Probably not the best way to make money for newbies but if you're experienced enough and get enough traffic to a blog or website, you can make some serious dough!
  • Blog/Website Monetization: Again this method is for the more experienced and can be time consuming to grow traffic, but once you master SEO and backlinking and other tricks you can make great money from programs such as Adsense or Chikita.
  • Outsourcing: This is a different one that isn't mentioned to much. Basically outsourcing lets you act as a broker or "middleman" in which you find someone who needs work done, receive payment from that client and use half of that payment to pay a guy to do it! I plan to make a project regarding outsourcing in the near future so please sign up and don't miss it!
  • Investing: This is another money making method which I will be making a big project on. I'm not taking about shares in the stock market although this bears it similarities. Basically it involves investors (us) lending money to reputable businesses who have passed creditworthy tests etc. You then bid on how much you want to invest and at what interest rate (higher the risk, higher the rate) and receive your money and return at the end of the month. You can invest as little as £20 or $20 but this isn't worth your while as even a high interest rate of 11% will only make you a return of £2.20 or $2.20. Here is two UK and US investment sites if you're interested: (UK) Funding Circle and (US) Prosper.
  • Forum Posting: This actually earned me a surprisingly nice amount of cash. Basically you sign up to a website such as Postloop (My preferred and recommended website) and you get points for leaving comments on forums. Which is something we do a lot anyway so why not get paid? Postloop works on a point system averaging at 1 point per post (this can increase if you receive a high rating) and at 100 points you can withdraw $5.00 or £4.00.
  • Swagbucks: This post is going to anger everyone looking for legitimate ways to make good cash ;). But there is method in the madness. You see swagbucks is basically useless. You waste hours saving up "swagbucks" to buy measly keyrings. So why am I saying this? Well swagbucks has these things called "swagstakes" which allows you to use your points to buy entries. Recently I just won £25 for paypal because I bought lots of entries with my 300 swagbucks. So I can see how this can work if you practically "buy out" your competition. Heres a link to Swagbucks.
  • Freelancing: Freelancing can be a huge pain. But if you manage to outdo your competition and find work the payoffs can be huge, this can range from article writing or to graphics design. Freelancing is for everyone if you have the right skills.
  • Gig sites: So I'm sure most of you have heard of Fiverr. Well, Gig sites like fiverr let you do tasks of your choosing for people at small but worthwhile prices such as, you guessed it, a fiver! well...technically not since fiverr takes £1 for themselves, but anway there is money to be made if you have the time and talent. I personally sold logo designs if you were wondering.
  • Q&A sites: Sites like Cha Cha offer you payment to answer questions, you can apparently work whenever you want and the pay is supposed to fair for all you have to do. Personally I have not tried this one as they haven't been hiring but I can guarantee that Cha Cha is a legitimate site.
  • Online Assistant: Yes. Many people will hire you to be an online assistant and it pays very well (can depend on who hires you.) The only problem with this is you have to be able to answer calls on your personal phone which isn't ideal for a lot of people, But hey the moneys good.
